We also wrote about Facebook Local, the rebranded Events App feature of Facebook that is increasingly gaining popularity with a host of convenient features and the limitless possibilities. In the coming weeks, we are excited to roll out more blog posts on the latest features under sleeves of other digital media authorities.

Lately, we have been observing things in an inward fashion. What is easily within reach becomes more relevant. Talk about going local. We have observed that the parallelism in the Marketing and Advertising landscapes. Brands have been leveraging data to understand the smallest unit of their target market, the individual consumer on a personal level. We took a closer look at current marketing techniques that keep up with changing the behaviour of consumers in the form of Micro-targeting. It is interesting that consumer behaviour is what drives these trends. We will be talking about more similar ideas in detail in our upcoming posts. Even in Advertising, key players have been changing the course of the game. Gone are the days of glaring advertisements. Advertising has adapted to the consumers' attitude towards boldly-stated ads and ventured into stories that are more relatable to their online audience, one that adds value and identifies with solutions to real life problems. There is still though, a common denominator - dominating the subconscious mind to succeed in sales. Native Advertising taps into the human emotion to trigger buying decisions.
